Joe, a CIA operative, tries to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the spear for the counter-terrorism agency. Real-life military instructors helped make the squad more authentic in terms of gun handling, house clearance, positioning, and ground operations, etc…. Noted at the Sovereign Awards (2024). If you like the genre, you’ll love this one because it’s about adrenaline and suspense, as well as real-life issues that everyday people experience. It was refreshing to see things that one could relate to in the midst of it all. Finally, I also enjoyed the unexpected twists in the plot and how one couldn’t predict how certain situations would unfold. On the contrary, I hope when the stereotypes really defeat the purpose. I really hope they make a season 2. All the characters are top-notch, and I’d love to see how they evolve the story.
